Booking an item in with B.A.R. involves paying an ‘assessment fee’. This assessment fee is a type of deposit and is non-refundable; it covers Emil’s time disassembling your equipment, troubleshooting to find the exact faults, along with any testing, research and reassembly.
If the fault is something simple, Emil will go ahead and repair the fault, covered by your assessment fee, or up to a ceiling of £120 including deposit.
If the job is more complex or will need parts ordering, Emil will contact you to discuss before taking action.
Emil’s hourly rate is £70 per hour, but this is often condensed with larger jobs.
